Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Controlling Expert with over 12 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Controlling (CO) module and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing controlling processes to ensure efficient financial management and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design implementation and optimization of SAP S/4 HANA Controlling (CO) module to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA CO module including cost center accounting profit center accounting internal orders profitability analysis material ledger and product costing.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and performance of SAP S/4 HANA CO solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for controlling processes.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to endusers to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP S/4 HANA CO functionalities.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Integrate SAP S/4 HANA CO module with Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) Project Systems businesses processes to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA features enhancements and industry trends.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations processes and user guides.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field.
- Over 12 years of experience in SAP Controlling (CO) module with at least 5 years in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SAP S/4 HANA CO implementations and optimizations.
- Strong understanding of financial processes cost accounting and management accounting principles.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Proficient in SAP configuration and customization with handson experience in cost center accounting profit center accounting internal orders and COPA material ledger and product costing.
- Experience in integrating SAP S/4 HANA CO module with Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project Systems business processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- SAP S/4 HANA certification in Controlling (CO) is highly desirable.
