The Opportunity ISMG is seeking an experienced and technically adept Digital Marketing Automation Specialist! In this pivotal handson role you will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of our marketing department managing email marketing campaigns through Marketo & HubSpot & aligning automation strategies with business objectives.
You will leverage your expertise in marketing automation & operations to optimize digital marketing efforts & drive business results. You will also play a strategic role in planning managing & overseeing the of digital marketing projects across ISMG business units.
Responsibilities
Designing & automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo & HubSpot
Leading the technical implementation of marketing automation workflows & strategies to align with business objectives
Serving as a technical lead translating business requirements into sophisticated digital marketing solutions
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field
3 years of experience in marketing automation & operations (certification preferred)
Experience designing & automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo HubSpot & other tools
Handson experience with marketing technology integrations analytics & automation tool
Ability to design test document deploy & maintain thirdparty integrations with Market
Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform & Salesforce regarding how campaigns/data is synced as well as the field mapping processes
Exceptional analytical & problemsolving skills with the ability to generate effective reporting & provide datadriven insight to optimize strategies
Proficiency in HTML/CSS
This position can be based out of our offices in Mumbai
