Purpose of the role

The Workplace Consultant provides localised and individualised support to the Participant and employer to progress placement and career progression providing a combination of face to face and onsite contact to ensure high quality service is customised to meet both needs.

About the role

Your role plays a critical part in providing Omnia Inclusive candidates and employers localised and individualised support to progress placement and career progression providing outcomes for both.

Provide end to end support for Omnia Inclusive candidates in preparation for employment and/or life skills employment placement and in ongoing on the job support including workplace assistance to ensure positive productive and long term outcome and career paths for Omnia Inclusive candidates.

Through your personal engagement youll identify and cultivate job possibilities working collaboratively with our Business Relationship Consultant to ensure employers have a positive experience. By joining us in this role youll not only support the career journeys of others but also contribute to building lasting relationships and positively promoting our brand in the market.

Your focus will be on understanding each individuals unique needs and building strong connections with employers to create opportunities that align with our candidates career goals.

About you

The suitable incumbent would have:

  • Demonstrated experience with collaborating across teams and functions to develop operational and strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in endtoend candidate support and/or to marketing and promotion of candidates to employers
  • Capacity to support other team members across the endtoend recruitment support cycle locally or virtually.
  • Capacity to provide employment and life skills readiness support participants workshops and skills development
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of good compliance and risk management in daytoday activities and capacity to support others in achieving quality consistent outcomes and ensuring effective documentation and audit trail for decisions and activities.
  • Experience working within the Disability Employment Services would be desirable
