Job Description
Net Mgr Intens Srvcs
As a Net Mgr Intens Srvcs you will provide oversight of the operations within the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams. The Network ManagerIntensive Services will supervise team leads and staff who provide case management services to mental health patients in individual and group settings. The position is also responsible for identifying patients who are appropriate for the program. The Network ManagerIntensive Services will work closely with Tarrant County Court Judges other Court staff jail staff and other stakeholders and agencies.

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in the Health and Human services field

Years Experience: Five 5 years in the Health and Human services field
