Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Analyzes and tests current processes and systems to determine effectivenessandefficiency.
Collects data performs root cause analysis of issues or problems and proposessolutions according to the current and future needs of thebusiness.
Oversees process change implementation and testing and reviews changes toensure they result in measurable organizationalimprovements.
Assists in the development and delivery of training programs or presentationscommunicating process revisions to theorganization.
Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and developsnontraditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
Interprets internal/external business environment
Recommends best practices to improve processes orservicesImpacts achievements of customer operational project or serviceobjectives
Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignmenton projects initiatives and various workproducts
May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resourcerequirements
Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highlycomplexsituations
Performs all other duties as assigned bymanagement
Education
Bachelors degree in relevant fieldpreferred
Experience
Typically requires 5 years of related workexperience
