Minimum Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
- ASHA Certification
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
- Techsavvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Evaluates assigned patients and develops implements and modifies treatment plan and treatment delivery in accordance with the patients need and physicians direction within the postacute setting.
- Other duties as assigned within scope of practice
- Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patients needs not minutes!
