Job Description
Description of the role:
The Cadillac Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in their automotive purchasing process with a specialization in Cadillac vehicles. This role requires strong sales skills a deep understanding of automotive products and services and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Cadillac vehicles
- Provide information about vehicle features specifications and pricing
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales
- Strong knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and their features
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license
