Summary:
Key Accounts Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing issues that arise with key strategic customer accounts ensuring the delivery of highquality missioncritical solutions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems exceptional project management capabilities and the foresight to anticipate and address potential challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.
Essential Functions or Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of field solution projects for key strategic customer accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and provide tailored solutions to issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries complaints and feedback.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems developing contingency plans as needed.
- Gather pertinent information from customer reports field data and diagnostic tools to accurately identify potential causes of issues alongside other members of the Field Services Team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative field solutions.
- Monitor field solution project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints and report them to appropriate departments.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports for senior management sales managers & the customer.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably within the HVAC industry.
Safety/Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work on ladders or step stools
- Requires bending stooping and standing.
- Must be able to stand from six 6 to eight 8 hours per day. (Overtime may extend time period.
- Good visual and spatial perception
- Follow established safety policies including but not limited to mobile equipment PPE emergency response HAZCOM firstaid response etc.
