Key Accounts Technical Lead

Summary:
Key Accounts Technical Lead is responsible for overseeing issues that arise with key strategic customer accounts ensuring the delivery of highquality missioncritical solutions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems exceptional project management capabilities and the foresight to anticipate and address potential challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Essential Functions or Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of field solution projects for key strategic customer accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients ensuring their needs are met and provide tailored solutions to issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries complaints and feedback.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Gather pertinent information from customer reports field data and diagnostic tools to accurately identify potential causes of issues alongside other members of the Field Services Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative field solutions.
  • Monitor field solution project progress identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints and report them to appropriate departments.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports for senior management sales managers & the customer.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably within the HVAC industry.

Safety/Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work on ladders or step stools
  • Requires bending stooping and standing.
  • Must be able to stand from six 6 to eight 8 hours per day. (Overtime may extend time period.
  • Good visual and spatial perception
  • Follow established safety policies including but not limited to mobile equipment PPE emergency response HAZCOM firstaid response etc.
