Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To create cleaner and healthier environment for office building offcampus sites and grounds; Perform ongoing janitorial Deep cleaning and care infectious control cleaning and care maintenance and repair of assigned CFRC sites.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Reason position exists is to perform these functions):
Deep clean sections of the CRFC site.
Maintain bathrooms and kitchen floors daily.
Vacuum carpeted areas sweep and mop tiled areas regularly.
Dust and wipe surfaces vents lights.
Empty public garbage cans and keep trash receptacles and common areas clean and neat.
Wipe down and disinfect and sanitize furniture chairs tables frequently touched surfaces etc.
with approved cleaners and procedure.
Provide Site Manager with a list of supplies needed on a regular basis.
Report any problems concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation to the Site Manager in a timely manner.
Organize and develop a cleaning and maintenance schedule in coordination with the staff that includes washing walls windows woodwork toys etc.
Assist in developing written cleaning procedures.
Stay informed and actively participate in developing safety data and procedural information.
Maintain confidentiality.
Develop written checklist for various areas of responsibility and report completion to supervisor Other duties as assigned
Actively engage and support Diversity Equity and Inclusion activities and inclusion in all work.
Responsible for personal safety reporting incidents or accidents within a reasonable amount of time to supervisor or Safety Committee at .
Responsible for picking up after oneself and maintaining company owned equipment. Report damaged or malfunction equipment to supervisor facilities maintenance or HR.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of paid experience preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
Strong timemanagement skills desired
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Primary worksite: Coos Bay and North Bend Oregon
May move or lift items up to 51 pounds.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Primarily indoors in a climatecontrolled environment; may not have access to sunlight. Occasional activities outside in a nonclimatecontrolled environment.
Potential for open workstations and cubicles with moderate to high noise; work from home where available.
Some travelRequired ODL and proof of insurance (ORCCA Policy).
OTHER:
Reliable method of getting to work.
Must be free from illegal may be subject to suspicion testing.
Must be enrolled in the Oregon Department of EducationChild Care Division Central Background Registry at time of hire and update it as required.
Must be able to pass the State of Oregon Criminal Background Check.
A current Oregon Drivers License is required.
Proof of automobile liability insurance @ $100000/300000 liability limits and maintain such limits.
