- Proven ability to increase shop profitability You know how to drive sales reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills You can build and manage a team hold people accountable and create a winning culture.
- Customerfirst mindset You understand how to deliver great service and increase customer retention.
- Problemsolver You take ownership find solutions and dont wait for others to fix issues.
- Familiarity with auto repair services You dont need to be a mechanic but you should understand how services are sold and delivered.
