As a Client Partner you will be the face of NewRocket leading our toptier Financial Services accounts forging deep trusted relationships within our clients and partner (ServiceNow). Your objective will be to drive growth and profitability expanding revenue elevating our brand and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple highimpact projects. What Youll Do:
Grow and Manage Key Accounts: Oversee a portfolio of $5M$10M across banking insurance capital markets etc... driving strategic expansion and revenue growth.
Deliver Excellence: Partner with delivery teams to ensure toptier project success and maximize client satisfaction (CSAT).
Consult & Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients unlock the full power of their ServiceNow platform.
Lead Without Limits: Influence across our global organization working with delivery sales and advisory teams to shape the future of digital transformation.
Your Superpowers:
12 years in professional services/consulting with a mix of delivery and sales experience.
Broad knowledge the financial services industries and trends
Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
Deep expertise in technology consulting & ServiceNow ecosystem.
A strategic thinker who also knows how to get things done.
Ability to drive measurable growth profitability and client success.
