Architect in Essex
I am looking for an ARB Registered Architect to join a multidisciplinary practice in their Billericay office.
You will be working with a collaborative team sharing work across multiple office.
The sectors vary and include Education Residential Healthcare and more.
Your responsibilities will include client liaising running projects producing site appraisals and feasibility reports. You will need to act as a project manager/contract administrator assist the Director Architect team leader liaise with subcontractors specialist suppliers and other contractors.
Revit is the main software so it is important to have proficiency in this. They also use AutoCAD BIM experience is desirable and the ability to produce specifications using NBS software.
You will need to have expert understanding of UK Building Regulations and experience in relevant sectors.
Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between.
