About Team & About Role:
The AppFlows team is chartered to innovate the brand new Disaster Recovery as a Service offering at Rubrik. We are on a mission to build an industry leading advanced platform that moves any application from and to any location including to and across all leading Cloud computing platforms such as AWS Azure and GCP. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for building an innovative cloud solution from the ground up.
What youll do:
As a Software Engineer in the AppFlows team you will be responsible for:
- Owning designing and developing cuttingedge solutions for Disaster Recovery as a Service for both onprem and various Cloud platforms
- Delivering features focusing on backend end with proper unit tests
- Nurturing team culture which sets high standards and achieves them through collaboration
Experience youll need:
Rubrik Software Engineers are selfstarters driven and can manage themselves. We believe in giving engineers responsibility not tasks. - Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 02 years of product development experience
- Able to identify scalable and elegant solutions to complex problems
- Strong interest and ability to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in either Scala C or Java
- Backend development experience valued
- Large distributed systems design and development experience preferred
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform/AWS/Azure or other public cloud technologies is a plus
- Experience with VMware tech stack is a plus
