Job Description
Production (Sterile) Head for USFDA Formulation Manufacturing Site based at Daman.
1.Budgetary control
- Review annual cost budget prepared by Section Heads and propose a collated budget forProduction department.
- Implement corrective actions to keep costs within budget.
2. Production Planning & Control
- Ensure realistic annual and monthly production plans by reviewing plans received fromCorporate from a feasibility perspective.
- Drive timely delivery of products through regular shop floor supervision resolution of issuesand review of daily production report BMR logbooks.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service from them.
- Monitor daytoday scheduled activities to ensure optimal capacity and manpower utilizationmandatory supervision.
- Review any change in rolling production plan suggested by Section Heads and keep the PlantHead and Corporate Planning informed.
- To perform SAP S/4 HANA transactions for routine Production Plan and review of SOPs.
- Authorized for Shredding of papers generated during Documentation activity.
