Grade UE04: 25733 to 28381 per annum pro rata 14.10 to 15.55 per hour)
CAHSS/Business School
Parttime: Guaranteed hours 150 hours per annum
Fixed term: May 2025 May 2026

The Opportunity:

Join our team as a vital force behind our peer support initiatives at the Business School! This dynamic role 150 hours per year) centres on coordinating peer volunteers liaising with committee members and appropriate staff tracking attendance and championing our peer support sessions.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the BizNetwork and SkillsPALs schemes operating in the Business School as well as supporting the Coaching Leaders.This includes recruitment and promotion session planning debriefs and ensuring consistent high quality across all of the sessions to maximiseengagement from our firstyear students. You will forge key relationships with student societies and staff in the Business School to elevate the undergraduate learning experience.
