Fountain Tire Westlock is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to be part of our team. Wage: $50000 $70000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Share your product knowledge and technical expertise with our valued customers to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Provide accurate service quotes and obtain customer authorization for work ensuring transparency and trust.
- Go the extra mile by finalizing sales and conducting followup to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the exceptional service they received.
- Take charge of scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services providing convenience and peace of mind.
- Be meticulous in ensuring accurate billing for all products ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate your expertise with experience in the automotive aftermarket or tire industry where you have a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and providing valuable business support.
- Hold a valid drivers license and maintain a satisfactory drivers abstract as they are essential conditions of employment.
- Showcase your exceptional time management skills allowing you to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment using your strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with others.

- Show flexibility by being available to work on Saturdays ensuring our customers needs are met.
