Your role:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Technician to join our Spray service network. In this dynamic role you will manage the servicing maintenance warranty and repairs of airless spray equipment. You will also assist both our store and external sales teams providing valuable technical advice on machines and spare parts. If you have a strong work ethic a passion for customer service and a solid mechanical aptitude this role is the perfect fit for you.
This fastpaced handson position offers the chance to work with a range of equipment while also providing training opportunities to develop your skills further. You dont need painting experience were prioritizing mechanical aptitude and were more than happy to teach you the ins and outs of pumping equipment. If youve worked with repairing lawnmowers pumps or similar machinery we want to hear from you. Join our team and youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while developing both technical and customerfacing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Service maintain and repair airless spray equipment for optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Support spray equipment sales and rental orders.
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure a safe working environment.

Skills & Experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing small engines electrical or pumping equipment.
- Proven ability to work independently make decisions on the fly and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Prior experience as a Service Technician or similar role with a solid understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
- A positive selfmotivated attitude with a focus on delivering highquality service and continuous improvement.
