Job Description
Physical Therapist Supervisor
Our client: Located in Green Bay WI they have dedicated over 20 years to providing exceptional Occupational Medicine services and successfully operates outpatient clinics. They are one of the largest 100 occupational medical providers in the nation they follow a sports medicine approach.
The Position:
- $90000 to $100000 with a $3000 Annual Salary Increase
- 5 Annual Bonus Based on KPI Paid Monthly
- $5000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday 9AM to 6PM
- Up to 8 Patients a Day (One Hour Visits)
- Adult Population Only
- Sports Medicine Philosophy
- Aggressive Approach to Occupational Medicine
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No On Call
- Meet with the Market Director of Physical Therapy And or Other Staff on a Regular Basis
- Partner with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Administrator to Ensure Proper Policies and Procedures
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy
- Current Licensure With the State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- CPR Certified or Ability to Obtain
