Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness orderliness and a welcoming environment for our guests/customers while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean sanitize and maintain assigned areas including rooms hallways lobbies restrooms and other public spaces.
- Replenish bathroom and room amenities such as towels toiletries and other consumables.
- Ensure proper inventory management for housekeeping supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues damages or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle minor repairs or escalate larger issues as needed.
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or cleaning services in a friendly and timely manner.
