The Senior Pricing Analyst for the Air and Water business plays a key role in optimizing pricing strategies by evaluating pricing requests conducting competitive analysis and supporting customer pricing initiatives. This position works closely with Product Sales and other key stakeholders in a fastpaced dynamic environment ensuring pricing accuracy and process efficiency.

As a critical component of the pricing team this role identifies process improvement opportunities supports system enhancements and provides actionable insights based on industry research. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detailoriented and capable of balancing multiple priorities while driving pricing excellence.

How Youll Create Possibilities

Customer Pricing & Proposal Management

  • Evaluate and process pricing requests proposals and quote adjustments for Air and Water customers.

  • Analyze and approve customer pricing programs ensuring compliance with business requirements and necessary documentation.

  • Collaborate with Product Leaders and Sales teams to expedite responses and optimize pricing strategies.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in communicated pricing to customers and stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in pricing processes escalating opportunities for system and process enhancements.

  • Assist in defining business requirements for pricing system improvements and automation.

  • Support and execute testing initiatives to validate pricing system enhancements and process changes.

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts leveraging data and insights to streamline workflows.

Industry & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide pricing intelligence and strategic recommendations.

  • Analyze industry trends historical sales data and pricing effectiveness to inform business decisions.

  • Partner with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable pricing strategies.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Required:

  • Strong Commercial & Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business principles pricing strategy and financial impacts.

  • Advanced Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to interpret complex data identify trends and develop datadriven recommendations.

  • Situational Adaptability: Ability to balance routine tasks with urgent priorities and longterm strategic initiatives.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Proven ability to build relationships and influence across Sales Product and Finance teams.

  • Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Clear & Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear nontechnical manner.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Marketing Finance Pricing Data Analytics or Process Improvement.

  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred:

  • Experience with pricing processes including quoting deal reviews price development and price communications.

  • Industry knowledge in HVAC Plumbing and Appliance sales channels related to Air and Water products.

  • Familiarity with GE Appliance Air and Water product lines.

  • Experience in Sales Finance or Sourcing roles.

  • Working knowledge of Pricefx or other pricing software.
