Description

In summary reporting to the HR & QHSE Manager the QHSE Compliance Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Championing aculture of QHSE awareness and compliance by leading and engaging others through ongoing consultation training and development to achieve company goals and objectives in line with QHSE KPIs / Targets.
  • Developing Training and educational material relating to QHSE Management System and associated requirements.
  • Managing QHSE Systemplatforms to ensure compliance with required standards legislation and certifications.
  • Providing support to team members in the use of MANGO& QHSE systems.
  • Conduct Internal Audits to ensure compliance with our standards and certification/ legislative requirements
  • Collaborate with External Audits issue resolutionto ensure compliance with Quality Health and Safety and Environmental standards and best practice.
  • Prepare QHSE Dashboards and Reports to provide updates to team members and Senior Management on QHSE system outcomestracking performance against targets / KPIsand measure gaps


Skills And Experiences

Qualities Qualifications and Experience:

Essential

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Qualifications / background in Food Science highly desirable
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skillsand experience in providing consultation to senior level management to implement processes and practices aligned with certification and legislative requirement
  • Advanced computer skills with a strong understanding of MS Office and advanced MS Excel capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work to strict timeframes
  • Audit management capabilities including experience conducting internal audits and coordinating external audits

Desirable

  • Experience in FMCG Audit requirements
  • Experience in domestic and international legislative and accreditation requirements Food Safety Quality OHS and EMS requirements
