At Monzo were building the bank of the future and were looking for a Director of Expansion Markets to help us bring Monzo to more people in more places.
Youll be responsible for shaping and executing our growth strategy in new and emerging markets. That means leading growth marketing experimentation and customerled growth driving multimarket GTM launches and ensuring our approach is commercially sound. Youll work crossfunctionally with product commercial and operations teams to unlock opportunities and scale our business internationally.
What youll be doing:
- Owning and executing the growth strategy for Monzos expansion markets
- Leading growth marketing hacking and experimentation to acquire engage and retain customers
- Driving GTM planning and for new market launches
- Managing multimarket growth strategies and adapting to local nuances
- Balancing brandbuilding with commercial performance to drive sustainable growth
- Working crossfunctionally with product commercial and operations to unlock growth opportunities
- Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and playing a key role on the Marketing & Expansion Leadership Team contributing to broader strategy and direction.
You should apply if:

The Interview Process:
Our interview process involves four main stages:
- Recruiter Call 30mins)
- Initial Call 30mins)
- x3 final interviews via Google Meet (x2 45mins & x1 30mins)
