At Monzo were building the bank of the future and were looking for a Director of Expansion Markets to help us bring Monzo to more people in more places.
Youll be responsible for shaping and executing our growth strategy in new and emerging markets. That means leading growth marketing experimentation and customerled growth driving multimarket GTM launches and ensuring our approach is commercially sound. Youll work crossfunctionally with product commercial and operations teams to unlock opportunities and scale our business internationally.
Youre a senior growth marketing leader with experience in fastscaling businesses
You have a strong track record in growth experimentation and hacking
Youve led multimarket GTM strategies and launched products in new regions
Youre commercially savvy and understand how to balance brand and performance
You love working in a fastmoving customerfirst environment
