Job Description
DeBraKuempel Inc. is a leading provider of mechanical electrical and plumbing services to Cincinnati Dayton Columbus Evansville Lexington Louisville Eastern Kentucky and the surrounding areas. We deliver our services through the full lifecycle including design build and new construction major repairs and replacements and ongoing preventive services. DeBraKuempel is wholly owned by EMCOR Group Inc. the worlds leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction and facilities services including planning consulting and operations and maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review construction documents to generate accurate estimates
- Draft sales proposals
- Maintain relationships with contractors and customers
- Review bid opportunities
- Selfmotivated goal and results oriented and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Minimum Qualifications
To best meet the needs of our organization and customers the right person will meet the following qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Engineering/ technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation proposals ROI and CRM preferred
- Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred
- Knowledge of commercial contractors facility managers owners engineering firms and general contractors preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive engaging proactive and teambased style
