About the Role:

In this role youll work within the prison primarily delivering 16week accredited courses to groups of participants to support them on their journey towards release or parole. As a key member of a dedicated team youll help individuals overcome barriers build confidence and take meaningful steps toward rehabilitation.

This is a demanding yet deeply rewarding role. Youll be working in a challenging environment with individuals who have complex needs and may be hesitant to engage. However when you help someone break the cycle and take real steps toward transforming their life the impact is truly lifechangingfor them and for you.

WhatYoullBe Doing:

• Group FacilitationYou will be delivering accredited sessions to groups of participants on a variety of topics such as goal setting and independent living.

• Relationship Building:Foster genuine trusting and nonjudgemental relationships with participants creating a safe space for personal growth

• 121 Support:You will also be working 121 with participants setting and reviewing goals while ensuring accurate and timely recording

• Caseload management:Youllmanage multiple individuals balancing their needs while keeping up with all the related admin.
• Quality Recording:Keep thorough uptodate records of all your work on our IT system ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and progress is properly tracked.

What We are Looking For:

• Training/Facilitation experience: You will have the ability and confidence to deliver engaging sessions to groups of
• Communication Skills:Youll have the ability to engage motivate persuade and listenbuilding strong connections with those you support.
• Safeguarding awareness:You are supporting complex individuals at a challenging time in their lives and will need to be able to identify any safeguarding risks. You will be fully supported following any challenging interventions.
• IT and Administrative skills:Keeping meticulous records of every interaction to measure client progress and ensure effective interventions.
