Job Title:Manager Operations

Job Summary:
We areseekinga highly motivated and experienced Manager Operations to oversee the daytoday operations of the company. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forstreamlining processes managing a teamoptimizingproductivity and ensuring smooth operational . Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Monitor and improve performance metrics such as cost control productivity quality and ontime delivery.
Identifyoperational issues and proactively implement solutions.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve shortterm and longterm business goals.
Team Leadership:
Lead mentor and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve goals andobjectives.
Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and training programs.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Process Optimization:
Analyzeworkflows and operational processesidentifyingareas for improvement.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Utilize technology and systems to automate and streamline operations.
Quality Assurance:
Establish andmonitorkey performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality and operational standards.
Ensure adherence to company quality policies and regulatory requirements.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly ensuring customer satisfaction.
CrossDepartment Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (Sales HR Finance etc. to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment of businessobjectives.
Assistin forecasting and planning to meet operational demands and business needs.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on operational performance including productivity costs and quality.
Present analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisionmaking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelors degreeor aMastersdegree or relevant certifications is a plus.
Experience:
814years of experience in operations managementin US healthcare (AR Coding or Billing).
Proventrack recordof managing teams driving process improvements and achieving operational goals.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Proficiencyin using operational management tools and software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledge of budgeting andfinancial management.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
