This is a fully remote position located in the United States.


About the Account Manager position:

As an Account Manager (AM) at LoadSpring Solutions you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our valued customers to drive satisfaction retention and revenue expansion. Your primary focus will be on managing customer accounts conducting quarterly business reviews and developing strategic account plans to maximize the value of our solutions and drive longterm success for our clients.


What youll do as an Account Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives challenges and needs.
  • Conduct regular checkins with clients to ensure satisfaction address any issues or concerns and identify opportunities for additional value and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including customer relationship managers product management and support to deliver exceptional service and support to clients and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute annual account plans for key customers in your portfolio outlining objectives strategies and tactics for driving retention and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to review performance discuss key metrics and KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize revenue and lifetime value.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations and solutions.
Requirements

What youll need to be a successful Account Manager:

  • 5 years of experience in account management customer success or a related role preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Located in EST or CST.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset capable of developing and executing effective account plans and driving revenue expansion.
  • Detailoriented and organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management or related software solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field highly preferred.
