Golin Dallas is hiring an Account Director to join our growing digital team of social and digital experts who excel at making brands hyperrelevant to their target audiences through a deep understanding of the alwaysevolving world of digital media. Youll work on a global account with a rock star team of digital account pros creatives analysts influencer marketing specialists media buyers and digital strategist to identify realtime opportunities monitor issues and trends as well as create and execute marketing campaigns for the client driving innovative approaches to engage with and influence our clients target audiences across the digital ecosystem. Youll activate across digital platforms as well as organic and paid channels to drive results.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as the client relationship leader for two lines of business for one of Golins premier digital accounts
  • Drive and oversee campaign development and including paid media analytics strategy creative and influencer marketing
  • Drive the annual planning process representing Golin as a results and strategyoriented client partner
  • Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships
  • Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Serve as expert in fully integrated digital / social programs
  • Cultivate a culture of support growth and partnership among team
  • Experience leading and project managing paid social and digital campaigns across social channels such as Facebook Google Twitter Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Experience executing brandlevel social media strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency.
  • Serve as an ambassador of Golins capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
  • Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts
  • Serve as culture builder and mentor driving innovation and ideas while sparking team members careers
  • Manage financials including budgets and billing projections and staffing

What You Have:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field with 10 years of experience driving and executing Digital / Social Media campaigns
  • Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams
  • Excellent verbal written presentation and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and daytoday communications initiatives
  • A strong understanding of traditional media and content marketing strategies ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned owned and paid media and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
  • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a clients business to become a true partner
