PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILiTIES:
- Owns and manages midcomplexity multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment with guidance
- Participates in internal status meetings to provide updates or changes to project plans
- Ensures accuracy efficiency and timeliness of routing quality control project preparation and of deliverables
- Manages external partners as necessary
- Partners with senior leads on scope of work (SOW) development
- Review financial output reports incoming briefs and timelines/estimates
- Collaborates with Client Experience on budget shifts and resource implications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising agency
- Detailoriented and organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Financial acumen
- Proficient in MS Office Suite Adobe Acrobat and knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
- Ability to travel for clients/work as needed
