Purpose of the Function
The Content Executive willbe responsible for managing and optimizing all contentrelated operationsacross the People Empowerment Platform (PEP) ensuring the accuracyrelevance and engagement of platformwide content. This includes overseeingcontent for job discovery gig/skilled worker connections social schemesservice listings surveys news feeds and rewardbased engagement. Therole will require a deep understanding of multilanguage content strategy(13 Indian languages) AIdriven personalization and voicebased interactions to ensure seamless content delivery across mobile apps web portals IVRand call center channels.

Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelors in Mass Communication Journalism Business Administration Public Policy or a related field
- Experience: 3 years in content management digital content strategy user engagement or information curation
- Preferred Certifications: Digital Content Strategy AIDriven Content Management SEO & Personalization Technologies
