Job Title: Air Ticketing Agent
Location: Moti Nagar
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: 20k to 30K
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Air Ticketing Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling flight bookings ticket reservations
cancellations and modifications. This role requires strong knowledge of airline ticketing
systems excellent communication skills and the ability to provide toptier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Book and confirm flight tickets for domestic and international travel.
Process ticket cancellations rescheduling and refunds as per airline policies.
Provide information on flight schedules fares and travel regulations.
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus Sabre or Galileo for
bookings.
Assist clients with visa baggage and other airlinerelated inquiries.
Stay updated with airline promotions discounts and policy changes.
Handle travelrelated emergencies and provide prompt assistance to clients.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain records of all transactions.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Air Ticketing Agent or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using GDS platforms (Amadeus Sabre Galileo etc..
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing rules and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
Certification from IATA or other relevant travel organizations is a plus.
