Job Description

- Perform a wide range of home repairs and maintenance tasks including but not limited to carpentry drywall painting flooring plumbing and minor electrical work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and light commercial properties.
- Read and interpret work orders blueprints and technical instructions.
- Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area respecting customers homes and property.
- Complete projects efficiently and within designated timeframes.
- Follow company policies safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Use mobile technology (CRM software) to track work orders update job status and submit reports.
- 3 years of experience in general home repairs handyman services or construction.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing electrical carpentry drywall and painting.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to carry basic tools and materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
