Position Summary: The Store Project Coordinator is part of the Store Projects team and is responsible for ensuring that all timelines milestones and tasks for both new and existing stores are successfully met. This role provides essential support to the Store Development Manager and Leasing Specialist in the planning and of projects programs and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Correspond with field management teams for store locations and vendors to support operational store functions.
  • Support the team in the of all Store Development projects.
  • Assist in the project process including timeline planning working with external vendors issue tracking and resolution and communication for ontime project completion.
  • Completionof tasks and milestones associated with completing all store development projects including but not limited to project communication scheduling and project coordination with impacted partners to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Provideoverall support for all identified store projects.
  • Ensureclear and accurate communication internally and externally to best support preparation for all store development projects.
  • Overseethe timely communication and distribution of all projectrelated directives timelines and notifications using company project management software.
  • Develop and maintain strategic vendor partnerships including contractors fixture installation and other miscellaneous support vendors.
  • Maintain all Store Project vendor contracts and supporting documents.
  • Partner with Store Planners to efficiently complete assigned tasks in an organized fashion.
  • Ensure compliance regarding reporting timelines content and accuracy.
  • Documentation maintenance and distribution of project processes and materials relating to new stores remodels single site requests and new implementations.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to Lease Data
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 years in real estate project management and/or facility maintenance.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy teamoriented environment and have a roll up your sleeves and win every day mentality.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being selfdriven in accomplishing goals.
  • Detailoriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas scrutinize and evaluate arguments find inconsistencies and errors in work and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Project and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities or Certifications:

  • Proficiency using project management software.

Travel Requirements:

  • No travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

  • May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Performs indoor work in a climatecontrolled environment.
  • Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
