About the Role:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) partners with Wunderkinds largest enterprise clients to drive exceptional outcomes on our Autonomous Marketing Platform. This role is pivotal in executing highimpact campaigns managing complex projects and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless tactical and measurable results. Success metrics for this role include Gross & Net ARR retention platform adoption client performance and NPS.
The CSM will manage a concentrated portfolio of enterprise clients serving as the expert in platform capabilities and . Ideal candidates bring a unique combination of technical proficiency creativity and meticulous attention to detail enabling them to execute datadriven strategies that optimize customer engagement across digital channels.
This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the worlds most prominent consumer brands leveraging cuttingedge technology to deliver personalized highperforming marketing solutions.

Responsibilities and Level of Effort (LOE):
Campaign Ideation and 40
- Lead the endtoend of client campaigns from concept to launch ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high analytical standards.
- Collaborate with Professional Services Product and Analytics teams to deploy campaigns troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations for maximum impact.
- Monitor platform performance and client KPIs proactively identifying risks andopportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed client documentation including performance reports action plans and feedback summaries.
Client Management 40
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for enterprise clients ensuring satisfaction and maximizing the value of Wunderkinds platform.
- Enable client stakeholders to effectively use Wunderkinds UI for analytics and campaignmanagement.
- Facilitate regular checkins strategic ideation sessions and process reviews with clientteams.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering and Professional Services to addressescalations meet project milestones and enhance client programs.
- Own key components of campaign performance and platform narratives in ExecutiveBusiness Reviews (EBRs) in partnership with the Account team.
Strategic and AdHoc Initiatives 20
- Participate in strategic initiatives such as testing new features providing productfeedback and contributing to process improvements.
- Advocate for client needs within Wunderkind ensuring their voice influences product development and service delivery.
- Support special projects or pilot programs to improve outcomes across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a clientfacing role within Technology Marketing Consulting or Consumer Brand industries.
- Demonstrated ability to define project milestones manage deliverables across teamsand evaluate outcomes.
- Practical experience with marketing technology platforms and consumer brand strategy.
- Strong presentation and data storytelling skills with the ability to create clear and engaging visuals.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and drive performanceimprovements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
Travel
- Up to 20 to attend client meetings and key events as needed

The base salary range for this role is $72000$90000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
