Job Description

*Rolerequires inperson attendance at least 3 days a week (ideally TuesdayThursday)*

THE POSITION

The Sales Representative (SR) is responsible for new business acquisition and account optimization. The SR will work closely with their Sales Manager daily as well as with the Customer Service department to ensure a premium agent experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet monthly sales and performance goals.
  • Ability to close transactional sales.
  • Successfully completing our comprehensive sales representative training which includes product knowledge salesmanship and our software systems
  • Basic phone sales skills.
  • Remain current on products and processes in a multiproduct environment.
  • Consistently attain monthly sales goals.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to follow up on and close business.
  • Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed.
  • Connecting insurance agents brokers and carriers to active insurance shoppers.
  • Sell leads (that are high converting) as well as insurance call products.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 or more years sales experience B2B sales is a plus
  • Some experience with Outlook Word Excel and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills social skills a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiasm to make outbound telephone calls obtain referrals and build a robust pipeline.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team environment.
  • Ability to organize prioritize and manage day to day tasks.
  • Proactive thinking and problemsolving.
  • Comfortable utilizing consultative selling techniques.
  • Dedicated to delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado/New York/California is $50000 however base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience
