Job Description
Provide World Class Automotive Parts & Service to our Guests on a daily basis They are responsible for ensuring our Guests vehicles are kept in excellent running condition and maintained with the highest quality in parts & service.
- Providing an exceptional Customer Service experience ensuring complete satisfaction with our Guests experience with the entire Parts & Service Teams support.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Service Advisor.
- Organized to handle a fastpaced customer service environment.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain a high CSI score
