Job Description
Our campus is looking for a school age teacher that is energetic creative and has a positive personality! When school age children get out of school they are ready to enjoy an afternoon with indoor and outdoor games activities and FUN! Our new school teacher will be responsible for the following:
- Take attendance when the children arrive and keep an accurate count throughout the day
- Serve an afternoon snack ensuring that each child is served the required amount
- Assist with homework if needed
- Implement fun activities for the children to do when they get to our after school program
- Maintain and safe environment and supervise the children at all times
- Encourages children to work through issues appropriately with one another with positive outcomes
- Develops positive relationships with coteachers and management members
- Keep the room clean neat and organized at all times
- Attend all field trips as planned following all guidelines as set forth by Kids R Kidsand the Dept of Health and Human Services
- Get creative! We love it when our teachers think outside the box! Our goal is for the children to love our program!
- Other responsibilities as assigned
