Hourly Rate: $20 $25 per hour (Based on Experience)

Are you a relationshipbuilder with a knack for keeping projects on track Do you thrive in a fastpaced production environment Were looking for an Account Manager to support the operation of our highquality label printing press. In this role youll own client relationships and manage their printing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

• Manage order development from start to finish quoting scheduling problemsolving database management forecasting production and shipping.

• Work closely with production and technical teams to bring client visions to life.

• Prepare and present reports including performance metrics and insights to clients and senior management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and longterm success.

• Other duties as assigned.

What Youll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.

• 35 years of experience in account management sales or client relations with a proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills Competencies and Qualifications:

• Communication Clearly communicate project details to clients designers and production staff.

• Relationship Building Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering longterm relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Time & Project Management Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently under production deadlines.

• Attention to Detail Strong attention to detail in managing client accounts and project deliverables.

• Teamwork Experience working with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project .

• ProblemSolving Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to anticipate client needs and address any challenges that arise.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems project management tools and data analysis software. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods (up to 90 of the shift) and perform computer work.
