90 FTE36 hours/week.8 or12hourevening/nightshifts. Every other weekend holiday and oncall rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.
Pay:

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to:
- Provide treatment and diagnostic respiratory services to patients.
- Work at an ECMO Center of Excellence and Level 1 Trauma Center.
- Be an important member of an interdisciplinary team to ensure highquality patient care.
- Act as a resource to physicians and health care professionals.
- Gain experience within the organization and seek growth opportunities which may include senior/lead roles and ECMO Specialist positions.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) accredited School for Respiratory Therapy within the last 6 months Required
- Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Therapy within the last 6 months Preferred
Work Experience
- Recent experience working in a healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Must obtain Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in the State of Wisconsin within 6 months Required
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Upon Hire Required
- If start with CRT must obtain the RRT credential within 6 months Required
- CPR/BLS Upon Hire Required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 12 months Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 12 months Required
