Job Description
Job Summary:
Deery Brothers Inc. in West Burlington Iowa is seeking a Toyota Certified Auto Tech to join our team. This is a fulltime hourly technician/skilled labor/contractor role where the individual will be responsible for performing various automotive repair and maintenance services for our customers. As a Toyota Certified Auto Tech you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing highquality and efficient services. This is an individual contributor role that offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $26 to $36 per hour paid weekly. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental vision and life insurance as well as paid time off retirement savings plan and employee discounts.
Responsibilities:
Perform automotive repairs and maintenance services on Toyota vehicles following manufacturers guidelines and using appropriate tools and equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues electrical systems and computercontrolled components
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate and detailed reports of findings
Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnoses and recommended repairs
Keep uptodate with the latest automotive technology and training opportunities
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Toyota Certified Technician certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an automotive technician
Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems and components
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
