Office Manager Rehab Therapy Department Louisville Mississippi FullTime
Mid South is hiring an Office Manager to work fulltime with our Rehab Therapy TEAM at a local hospital with nursing home in Louisville Mississippi. If you have medical office experience and you are organized able to multitask take direction and follow through to a successful outcome we invite YOUto APPLY TODAY! This position involves obtaining insurance authorizations.
Basic Function
The position provides clerical support for the Director of Rehabilitation and the Rehabilitation team at a local hospital with nursing home where our TEAM of therapist provide physical occupational and speech therapy patients. The position has regular contact with staff members patients patients families.

Qualifications
Welcoming and kind by nature.
Minimum of 1 year of clerical and computer experience required preferably in a medical office setting
Insurance authorization experience a PLUS
Experiencewith scheduling scanning fielding phone calls
Organized and good with timemanagement
Excellent writing skills are required for emails memos etc.
