Job Description
Areas of Responsibility
- Developing an indepth knowledgeof the Ultrasound product range and services provided;
- Responsible for the sales of theultrasound products including maintaining and growing existing business and
- expanding of sales within theassigned territory;
- Scheduling and attendingappointments with existing and potential customers;
- Demonstration of products toClinical personnel and ongoing training and support to customers;
- Installations and ongoingtraining of units sold;
- Completion of weekly planner andactivity report for submission to direct manager; including full reporting onthe CRM system;
- Achieving Sales Targets;
- Responsible for networking withand development of relationships with new customers and managing existing customers;
- Correct Management of demo stock;
- Preparing and following up onquotations;
- Preparing Internal orders forstock requirements;
- Attending meetings conferencesand exhibitions as required to promote Ultrasound products and services;
- Analysing the market and providingbusiness feedback by using all available support tools;
- General Administration associatedwith the position;
- Coordination with the technicalmanager to ensure prompt and efficient service to all customers;
- Assist in other provinces withdemonstrations and applications when required.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A Grade 12 certificate as aminimum requirement. Radiography/Sonography qualification is required.
- Previous Sales experience would bean advantage.
- Radiography/Sonography backgroundis required.
- Previous experience in a similarposition in the medical industry is required.
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure andmeet deadlines;
- Results Orientation;
- Good Communication Skills in bothEnglish and Afrikaans African language an advantage;
- Sales Driven dynamic outgoing and motivated.
