DEUTSCH:In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich fr den Erhalt und die Auswertung von Daten aus unserem MES sowie ERPSystem zur Untersttzung und Verbesserung unser Supply Chain Prozesse unserer Produktionsstandorte in Europa. Sie identifzieren Verbesserungsmglichkeiten und tragen zur Beseitigung von Strungsfaktoren innerhalb der Lieferkette oder des Fertigungsprozesses bei. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Logistik und Finance sowie Qualitt und Fertigung zusammen.
ENGLISH:
In this role you will be responsible for receiving and analyzing data from our MES and ERP system to support and improve our supply chain processes at our production sites in Europe. You will identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the elimination of disruptive factors within the supply chain or manufacturing process. You will work closely with Logistics and Finance as well as Quality and Manufacturing.

DEUTSCH:
- berwachung der Bestandszahlen unserer europischen Produktionswerke unter Verwendung von Daten aus unseren MES und ERPSystemen um die tgliche Leistung zu validieren.
- Durchfhrung von Ursachenanalysen fr fehlerhafte Daten oder Produktionsprobleme (z. B. Produktionsmengenprobleme Ausschussprobleme Bestandsabweichungen). Implementierung und Umsetzung von Wiederherstellungsplnen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Werken.
- Verantwortlich fr die Untersttzung bei der Durchfhrung des APIProzesses. berprfung der APIBereitschaft in den Werken und Untersttzung der Werke mit technischem Wissen.
- Verantwortlich fr die berwachung der Einhaltung der Global SCM Data Integrity Unternehmensrichtlinien/Verfahren/Praktiken zur Verbesserung der Gesamtleistung in allen SCM Data Integrity Bereichen.
- Verantwortlich fr die Entwicklung neuer und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Tools zur Untersttzung der Werke im Bereich Datenintegritt.
- Verantwortlich fr die Erstellung und Verteilung regelmiger Berichte durch Sammlung Analyse und Zusammenfassung von Daten und Trends.
- berwachen und berprfen der Bestandswerte unserer Werke berprfen der PFEPGenauigkeit und der PFEPMglichkeiten sowie Ansprechen von Problemen bei den SCM Ansprechpartnern in den Werken.
- Durchfhrung interner Audits im Datenintegrittssystem fr die europischen Werke und Untersttzung der Werke mit Best Practices.
- Entwicklung und Durchfhrung von Plex und OracleSchulungen fr SCMTeams in unseren Werken.
- Untersttzung und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des SCM und mit anderen Funktionen wie z.B. Logistik und Finanzen um dokumentierte Standards einzufhren und aufrechtzuerhalten.
ENGLISH:
- Monitor inventory integrity for EU production plants utilizing data from our MES and ERP systems to help validate daily performance.
- Provide root cause analysis for incorrect data or manufacturing issues (like production quantity issues s issues inventory discrepancies). Implement and support recovery plans in collaboration with plants.
- Responsible for support in performing the API process. Review of API readiness with plants and support plants with technical knowledge
- Responsible for monitoring adherence to Global SCM Data Integrity corporate policies / procedures / practices to improve overall performance in all SCM Data Integrity areas.
- Responsible for creating new and develop current tools supporting plants in data integrity area.
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of regular operational reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- Monitor and review inventory values of our plants review PFEP accuracy and opportunities and raise issues to SCM at plants
- Perform internal audit in data integrity system for european plants and support plants with best practice.
- Develop and conduct Plex and Oracle trainings for SCM teams at our plants.
- Support and collaborate within SCM and other functions such as Logistics and Finance to establish and maintain documented standards.
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH:
- Master in Datenwissenschaft Betriebswirtschaft Ingenieurwesen oder in einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der SCMDatenanalyse oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Nachgewiesener Erfolg bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SCMDatenintegrittsstrategien
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse (SCM und Finanzanalyse)
- bisher Key User in mindestens einem ERPSystem Kenntnisse in PLEX und Oracle willkommen
- Ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten und Problemlsungskompetenz Fhigkeit zu selbststndigem Arbeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten und die Fhigkeit funktionsbergreifend und in internationalen Teams zu arbeiten
- Beherrschung von MS Office und Datenanalysetools (z. B. Excel Power BI)
- Ausgeprgtes Verstndnis von SCMProzessen und Best Practices vorzugsweise in einer Produktionsumgebung
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Reisebereitschaft
ENGLISH:
- Masters degree in Data Science Business Administration Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SCM Data Analytics or a related field
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SCM data integrity strategies
- Proven experience in data analysis (SCM and Finance)
- Being a key user of at least one ERP system knowledge in PLEX and Oracle welcome
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills able to work independently
- Very good communication skills and ability to work crossfunctional and in international teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytic tools (e.g. Excel Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SCM processes and best practices preferable in a manufacturing environment
- Business fluency in German and English
- Willingness to business travel
