Job Summary:
Volvo Cars Westport is seeking a courteous professional and customerfocused Valet Driver to join our team. The Valet Driver is responsible for greeting customers safely transporting their vehicles and ensuring an excellent first and last impression during their visit to our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated areas.
Retrieve vehicles promptly for customers when requested.
Assist customers with directions and information about dealership services.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet and vehicle dropoff areas.
Perform light cleaning duties (e.g. removing trash from vehicles) when needed.
Handle customer property with care and respect.
Monitor vehicle keys and maintain accurate key log records.
Support the service team with vehicle movement as needed including shuttling vehicles to/from other locations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and be on feet for extended periods.
Dependable and punctual.
Work Schedule:
Fulltime or parttime available.
Schedule may include weekdays Saturdays and occasional evenings.
