Job Description
St. Anne Catholic Grade School seeks an enthusiastic and highly talented social studies teacher. The successful candidate will teach social studies to students in grades 68 and be responsible for homeroom and other duties as assigned by the principal. The candidate should possess a BA/BS degree and state teacher certification.
The successful candidate must also:
demonstrate effective planning skills by preparing lessons aligned to state standards
effectively integrate technology into instruction and learning activities
develop and use multiple forms of assessment and evaluation to ensure student growth
establish a system of classroom management that promotes selfdirection selfregulation and a positive selfimage
maintain an active and engaging learning environment
communicate professionally and effectively with students parents faculty and administration
