Responsible for managing a team of Quality Analysts.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Oversee daytoday operation.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Encourage creativity and risktaking.
Suggest and organize team building activities.
Work closely with delivery & training teams.
Job specifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in US healthcare.
Strong experience in Coding Denial Coding.
Good People Management Skills.
Good Interpersonal Skills.
Good Analytical Skills.
Good Leadership Skills.
Willingness to work from office.
