As a Business Operations Manager on the Sales Operations team in our New York City Office youll play a vital role in owning and managing the core operational aspects of the global Publisher sales organization. This includes developing processes to drive efficiencies across the organization to support the daytoday of the Publisher Sales and Account Management teams.
To thrive in this role youll need:
- 35 years of sales operations business consulting business operations
- Solid experience with Salesforce MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. QlikSense).
- Ability to understand highlevel Sales and Account Management strategies translate them into system and process requirements and ensure successful and business impact
- Proven ability collecting business intelligence monitoring and identifying trends within data and making sound business recommendations to management
- SQL skills and comfortable learning new software systems
- Ability to lead projects influence key internal stakeholders and work collaboratively in a matrix organization
Bonus points if you have:
- AdTech industry experience
- Knowledge working with prospecting enrichment or customer success tools
- Experience with generative AI tools to drive personal or organizational efficiency
How youll make an impact:
As a Business Operations Manager youll bring value by:
- Strategizing and managing the development of Sales and Account Management processes tools knowledge and skills
- Evaluating existing Sales operations technology include generative AI platforms and determine optimal tools for overall success reporting and KPIs
- Ensuring systems are in place and are utilized to capture and report on Sales and Account Management KPIs including develop integration roadmaps for various systems and processes
- Conducting analysis to gain deeper insights into our business and help Sales and Account Management teams understand how to scale manage and grow our business predictably and profitably
- Leading projects and initiatives with a focus on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the Publisher organization
- Working collaboratively with internal Taboola teams (BI Information System Marketing Legal and FInance) in order to provide the best service to the global Sales team
- Communicating key process information deadlines task definition etc. to groups within the sales organization
- Performing Analysis of business sales process provide recommendation and actions based on the strategic objectives and rollout new processes
- Ongoing data integrity in the CRM system and conducting ongoing analysis to validate data accuracy.
