The Park Street program is a family centered trauma informed residential treatment program located in Rutland is an awake overnight position. Looking for individuals who love to cook clean and organize to help create a therapeutic environment for the :Develop therapeutic relationships with residentsImplement behavior plans/conflict resolution strategies and teach emotion regulation skillsAssess/adjust the milieu to ensure proper supervision and crisis managementCommunication and Documentation of treatment progressModel and teach healthy interactionsFacilitate community inclusion daily living and skill acquisitionEngage in fun activities with the residentsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentOne year combination of skills experience and or educationValid drivers License and use of a personal vehicleStructure:132hour work week position open and 140 hour work week position open32 hour is 12:00am 8:00am Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday 40 hour is 12:00am 8am Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday ThursdayAFSCME Union (dues will apply) Starting at $22.30 an hour plus shift differentialWe offer a competitive salary commensurate to experienceBenefits:Generous time off starting at 36 days of combined time off per year for fulltime employees (and increasing with years of service); prorated for positions 16 hours or moreComprehensive Health Insurance with 80 agencypaid premium support for individuals couples and families (prorated for part time).
