You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailIdaho National Laboratory is hiring an Energy Storage Research & Analysis Department Manager to work in our Energy and Environment Science and Technology directorate. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off.
You will Manage implement coordinate with crossfunctional communication. Develop and establish operational policies within area managed. May participate in strategy development for corporate function. Requires detailed functional expertise and broad company knowledge. You will report to the Division Director for Integrated Energy Technologies.
The Department specializes in data driven methods which advance the understanding of electrochemical system performance for batteries and capacitors to improve energy efficiency energy security for US transportation grid and commercial applications. A major focus is on advancing the understanding of the core scientific interactions which occur in batteries as power and energy demands increase.
