WHAT IS GOING ON
We have a great service team but we need a bright outgoing individual to support our service advisors at our Giles AutomotiveService Center

WHAT DO YOU GET

• Money of course:This is an entrylevel position with a starting pay of $12 with a 40 hour work week.

You dont need experience but we love to see people with experience working in customer service with the public.The ideal person would be ambitious confident outgoing creative professional desiring meaningful work hardworking good at presenting ideas and professionally dressed. • Greet and guide clients over the phone for ourservice department.

• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.

• Assist clients and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a service expert. Know the ins and the outs of service offerings.

• Initiate and cultivate enriching and longlasting relationships with customers.

• Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
