Personalization Specialist
The Personalization Specialist works with clients to customize bottles boxes and specialty items by illustrating painting or engraving products.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Consult with clients to determine the scope of work
- Provide expert guidance on the end result
- Complete work as discussed to the highest technical standard
- Prepare vector files for engravingequipment
- Deliver completed projects on or before the date promised
- Partner professionally with Sales Associates to create client satisfaction
- Inform the manager of supply requirements or equipment repair needs
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly workspace
- Complies with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
The ideal candidate:
- Illustrator artist
- knowledge of vector files is an asset
- Artist Portfolio required
- Can communicate comfortably and clearly in English and/or French
